Bitchin' beer and burgers, Wednesday, 04 June 2008
Great vibe in both Southern and Mtn., I just wish they had wings at Mtn Sun. Go early or late, its almost impossible to get a table during dinner rush. Great happy hour and tasty burgers. Personal favorites are the Junk and a pint of Annapurna. Ah, Boulder at it's best
awesome home style mexican food, Wednesday, 04 June 2008
This stuff would probably kill you if you ate it every day, but man is it good. The chips and salsa are mediocre, but the green chili smothered chicken chimichangas are the stuff that food dreams are made of. Good strong margs too.
really good Thai food, Wednesday, 04 June 2008
Surprisingly good. I was under the impression that good Thai didn't exist in Boulder, that you had to go to FTC or Denver, but Buddah Thai delivers. The pad thai was average, but the Mussulman curry and ginger stir fry and mixed plate appetizers were quite good. Funky decor, they should lose the pink and stick with the neon green IMO.
aweful food not clean, Wednesday, 04 June 2008
I have eaten there twice and I swear I will never go back, I got really sick both times. the 28th st location is closed now. I think the only remaining one is in the CU food court where it lures unsuspecting students with low prices.
best Indian/Nepalese food in Boulder, Wednesday, 04 June 2008
Great food, and service. The veggie samosas are to die for, and so is the chai. The buffet is always fresh and varied. Last night they had an interesting okra dish, and the rice pudding is the perfect desert to round out a healthy meal.
