Fine Dining in a Relaxed Atmosphere-Boulder Style!,  Monday, 10 September 2007 My first dining experience at Centro was with high expectations due to the previous restaurant in its place, Rhumba. My expectations were easily met due to the fact that it is under the same management and same owner, Dave Query. It remains to be my favorite restaurant in Boulder, for the great patio right on Pearl Street and the very creative dishes. The staff is so eager to please, it is overall the best dining experience I have had in Boulder. See you there!
