| Description/Bio: | Seven, a Pearl Street vantage point in the heart of Boulder's West End restaurant row, is home to Argentine-born Executive Chef Diego Coconati. Coconati's menu is a blend of his Latin American heritage and the bold flavors of Asian cuisine. The restaurant's focus is to produce the most savory and unique flavors possible to ensure a one-of-a-kind experience, not only in the cuisine, but in the overall dining experience. We hope to create a modern, fresh and comfortable dining environment energized with live music and unparalleled service. At Seven, we believe that the environment you dine in is just as important as the food that you dine on. We have created an exquisite atmosphere that draws you in and persuades you to come back. The open front is an enticing space for people to come and watch the sun set over Boulder’s Flatirons. We have a patio and open-air social area. Our handcrafted wooden bar stretches the length of the restaurant, where the illuminated background draws a crowd. The room is set with a long banquette whose rich auburn colors entice patrons to sit and relax. Deeper into the restaurant, colorful sheers separate the main room from our modish back lounge, providing couples or groups a more intimate setting. The vibe is smooth and sophisticated, enabling Seven to accommodate any style of occasion. CUISINE. The focus of our food is the blending of Executive Chef Diego Coconati’s Latin American heritage and the bold flavor of the Asian cuisines. Coconati’s intentions are two-fold: exemplify the essence of every ingredient; and more importantly, bring out the ultimate veracity of each dish. Our goal is to produce the most savory and unique flavors possible. The result is a light, fresh and modern style, both edgy and grounded in a perfect blend of Latin & Asian ingredients and traditions. We believe in highlighting classic styles while pushing the boundaries of modern techniques. Our menu is designed with sharing in mind; therefore, your dinner is presented to you family style. Your server will be your guide through your dining experience and will aid you in deciding about portions and menu options. Keep in mind that all dishes can be ordered in singe, double, triple, or even quadruple quantities. Items are delivered as they are prepared, not necessarily at the same time. Our hope is to create a relaxed dining environment in which you can experience many great flavors coupled with unparalleled service. BEVVIES. Cocktails, sherries and cordials play an important role at seven as they compliment our cuisine, both before and after the dining experience. We have a selection of aperitifs and martinis that stimulate your palate, while our cordials play a digestive role at the end of our culinary journey. Like our wine program, our spirits program is influenced by our cuisine. seven stocks a complete bar, featuring single malts, vodkas and digestives, while our cocktails push the boundaries of modern style. seven’s bar, dining room, lounge and outdoor seating provide an excellent spot to sip a glass of wine or enjoy a late night brandy. Boulder’s Best Happy Hour. Monday through Saturday 4:00-6:30 pm. Featuring $2 bottle beers, $3 well drinks, and small plates starting at $2! Sunday Evening Blues & Happy Hour. 4:00-6:30 pm. Featuring live Latin Jazz music led by Mark Diamond. Drink specials to complement the entertainment! Tuesday Night Jazz & Wine. 5:00-9:00 pm. Featuring live jazz music by “The Mark Diamond Trio” and selected 50% off bottle wine discounts. Wednesday Night Flights. *beginning August 1st Wine tasting with mini entree and mini desert, featuring different regions every week. Events hosted and taught by various wine distributors. Cost $25 Thursday Night Divas. 10:00 pm-close. $3 well drinks for the divas and $2 Bud and Bud Light for the guys. Featuring hip hop and mash ups by DJ Danny Marin. Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights. 5:00 pm-close. Over the course of two days the results were over 200 photos including the Toofy Film Festival Un-Tied Fashion Show, a great live set from the band Meniskus, a Friday Night Dance party that was off the hook, and tons of Boulder locals out for a great time.
There are very good people running this place and they really take care of their clients so you will be seeing a lot of us there!
One of my favorite's on Pearl!
